We want you to be happy with your Wandering Bee Art purchase.

Because our art kits are carefully assembled by hand, we accept returns only for unopened, unused kits within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wanderingbeeart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Personalized, used, or opened kits are not eligible for return.
